The Kliver Manifesto

In the age of artificial intelligence, the most valuable resource isn't compute or capital. It's authentic human experience.

01

The Problem

AI systems are being trained on synthetic data, scraped content, and cheap labels. The result? Models that reflect the internet's noise, not humanity's signal.

We're building AI that sounds human but doesn't understand humans. That generates answers but lacks judgment. That scales infinitely but collapses under its own weight.

And the problem is accelerating. By 2026, 90% of internet content will be synthetic. The signal is drowning in noise.

02

The Opportunity

What if the best AI training data came from humans actually getting better at something?

Not annotation. Not labeling. Practice. The nuanced conversation, the difficult negotiation, the judgment call with no right answer. This is behavioral archaeology. capturing what can't be synthesized.

03

The Vision

Kliver creates behavioral simulations that capture authentic human data. Sales conversations. Negotiation dynamics. Empathetic responses. The things that can't be faked or scraped.

We believe the humans who contribute this data should own it, control it, and benefit from it. We believe the best AI will be trained on the best human data. We're building the infrastructure to make that possible.

Our Principles

These beliefs shape how we build. Three principles guide every decision we make.

04

Education

"AI should amplify human potential, not replace human learning."

The skills that matter most. empathy, judgment, leadership. are learned through practice, not lectures. Kliver creates spaces to have difficult conversations, make mistakes, and build real competence. When AI can simulate any scenario, we focus on developing what can't be automated.

We commit to using AI as a tool for human development, never as a replacement for human judgment or connection.

05

Privacy

"Data integrity is foundational, not optional."

We're building with privacy-preserving techniques from the ground up. cryptographic methods, trusted execution environments, and infrastructure designed to keep behavioral data secure and under creator control. We don't have all the answers yet, but we're committed to using the best available tools to protect the people who trust us with their data.

We commit to transparency about our methods and limitations as we build.

06

Open Infrastructure

"The value of AI shouldn't concentrate in five companies."

We believe the humans who generate valuable AI training data should participate in the value they create. That means building systems designed for interoperability and creator sovereignty. not lock-in.

We commit to choosing open, distributed approaches when possible, and being transparent about the tradeoffs when it's not.

In the age of AI, the most valuable resource is authentic human experience. We're building the infrastructure to capture it, verify it, and return the value to those who create it.
