Kliver started as a simulation platform to train and measure soft skills. It's now evolving into something broader: a data annotation and AI workforce hub.
In an era where machines can memorize almost anything, soft skills remain one of the few areas where humans still add irreplaceable value. Germán realized these skills could be simulated and measured through AI-powered roleplays. an insight that aligns with current educational theory on using AI for experiential learning.
Yanina helped build the first prototypes. The results surprised us. Not only was the team intrigued by the product, but so were many potential users we spoke with.
Germán's involvement in the blockchain community in the Canary Islands opened new directions. He started exploring how blockchain could integrate with our platform, unlocking potential use cases around data ownership and verification. Over the past months, he presented implementations of Proof of X on Starknet, iterated on them during the Starknet hackathon, and led the team's presentation at Starknet House.
When they brought me in to discuss the idea, I was researching the AI data business. companies like Surge and Mercor. The overlap was clear. We started working together again.
The Learnings
We need to organize our ideas and understand our market better.
So far, we're splitting our time between what we call Web2 and Web3:
Web2: A platform that helps users train soft skills can provide valuable insights. Early reception from potential users has been positive. The product is fully functional. we probably shouldn't call it an MVP anymore.
Web3: We're developing smart contracts for Starknet and researching other blockchains and privacy tools. This side of Kliver will keep evolving.
The next steps
Our focus is simple:
We're looking for beta testers to help us improve the platform. Our priority for the next quarter is getting people to use what we've built, while continuing to explore blockchain use cases and understand the HR Tech market.
